By purchasing a character design or commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

✦Short TERMS OF SERVICE✦
(you still agree to the long version of the TOS)

✦ Payment period: 24 hours, if you need more, let me know.
✦ Refusing to pay or not responding within 48 hours will result in a ban.
✦ Payment rate: USD
✦ I accept: USD and EUR
✦ Methods: PayPal (no invoice, Ukraine (family and friends)), Payoneer (invoice + I need your first and last name, phone number, country), Binance, sometimes DeviantArt
✦ Deadline: 7-21 days
✦ Hold: Not always, if you've already purchased - yes, probably from $100 + prepayment required (usually SB if it's an auction) + 5% of the total, no more than 2 weeks. If you don't return, you'll be banned.
✦ Resale: at the purchase price (no more, no less) + notify of change of ownership.
✦ Credit:Yes, if you post on social media (always @necronessa).
✦ Redisign: Yes, but don't go too far. The adopter must be recognizable. Don't use my work as a base or a reference. Credit is still required.
✦ Commerce: Read the long version of the TOS.
✦ Never claim ownership of a design; you are the owner, not the creator.

✦Long TERMS OF SERVICE✦

1. PAYMENT
✦ Exchange rate: dollar
✦ Currency: Mainly USD ($), or EURO (€)
✦ Methods: PayPal (no invoice Ukraine (family and friend)), Payoneer (invoice + i need your First and last name, phone number, country), binance, sometimes Devianart
✦ Payments are preferably made in full upfront. Payment plans and holds are accepted but must be agreed upon in advance.
✦Payment for 24 hours, if you need more time message me

2. DESIGNS (Ownership, Usage, Reselling)
✦ Resale/Trade/Gift:
✦ Traded or gifted designs cannot be sold. Violation leads to a blacklist.

✦Designs who have been Never Traded/Gifted:
✦✦No added art value: Resell for the original price.
✦✦Added art value: Resell for the total value (original price + art).

✦Designs Previously Traded/Gifted:
✦✦No added art value: Can only be traded (character/art/voucher) for the original price.
✦✦Added art value: Can only be traded (character/art/voucher) for the total value (original price + art)

✦Reselling my designs at an inflated price without additional artwork value (ex: extra commissions, outfits designs) is prohibited.✦Undervaluing my designs by excessively deflating the price (ex: reselling a $150 design for $40-$20) is also prohibited. This devalues my work and is disrespectful to my effort as an artist, even if unintentional.✦If you are unsure about resale/trade pricing, you must keep it around the original price. A reduction of up to $15 less than the original price is acceptable, but selling/trading for significantly lower is not allowed.✦Include the unedited original file when reselling/trading/gifting.✦Keep the ToyHouse profile intact for tracking purposes.

3. COMMISSIONS
✦Requirements & Timeline
Provide detailed references for commissions.

✦Completion timeline: 7-21 days or more, depending on complexity. Progress updates will be provided.

✦Revisions
One major revision during the sketch phase.
Additional revisions incur extra fees and may extend delivery time.
Moodboard Preclaims: No revisions allowed.

4. RIGHTS & USAGE
✦Commercial Use:
Monetized content (Streaming/Social Content): x1.5 price.
Commercial merchandising (Merchandise/Ads): x3 price.
Clients must credit me when sharing work publicly.

5. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Payments are non-refundable after being made.
Backing out results in blacklisting. Please ensure you're financially prepared before buying.

6. GENERAL DISCLAIMERSBreaking these terms may result in a permanent blacklist. However, blacklisted users may request reinstatement with proof of improved behavior.If my TOS are violated, I reserve the right to revoke ownership of my designs, meaning they will no longer belong to you.Terms are subject to change without prior notice.
